Rachel Shenton
Rachel started training at the studio in 1998 and hasn't really left! As all good actors know, even when successful, they still need to attend the occasional class to brush up their skills.
Professional work includes 2 years in Hollyoaks, 3 series in America of the award winning drama Switched At Birth and most recently White Gold.
One of the highlights of her career came last year when she won an Oscar for her short film The Silent Child.
Rachel and Amanda now run the screen acting class ACTING MECHANICS once a month in Hanley.
Lewis Brindley
Lewis Brindley is best known for his role of Owen Garland in 4 O'Clock Club (CBBC). He is now on his sixth series. Before joining the cast of 4OCC he could be seen in the multi award winning web series Blood and Bone China playing the role of Aaron, for which he won the Breakthrough Performance Award in the American Intertube Awards.
Bradley James
Bradley studied for a number of years at the studio, until passing his LAMDA Gold medal with Honours when he was 17 years old. In the UK, Bradley is best known for is role as King Arthur in Merlin (BBC).
He then moved to America where he played the title role in the TV series Damien, and Lovell Tracey in iZombie.
India Fisher
India is the voice of Masterchef and Celebrity masterchef. She played the Doctor's companion Charlotte Pollard in the Doctor Who audio plays and as a member of BBC radio's cast of dead Ringers, she has impersonated Kelly Osbourne, Charlotte Church and Sonia from EastEnders India was recently described in The Guardian as one of the country's most sought after voice artists.
I am proud to state that many of my students have gone on to forge successful careers in acting and the related arts, and have appeared in mainstream theatre, television and feature films both in this country and America.
